We sell land strictly with title deeds, design & build houses based on three parameters.

Our Guideline

Client Budget

The size, design and class of finishes are directly proportional to clients budget. The smaller the house, the cheaper it is to build.

Client Preference

This is based on the clients wish of design and build. A house with a walkin closet is bigger compared to one without. A higher roof equates to an extra cost as compared to one with a lower roof.

Land Size

The sized of land dictates both design and size of the house. A smaller land calls for a vertical building as compared one built horizontally on the ground. We have built a 3 bedroom mansion on a 33 x 80 ft plot. Where else it would not fit the same 3 bedroom bungalow. increase the number of home owners by demystifying the construction process, land ownership and educating our clients on the construction process and costs as we build for them.
