Built from Passion & Purpose

The 47 Investment was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every Kenyan family deserves a home built with integrity. Named after the 47 counties that make up our beautiful nation, we set out to become the builder that communities across Kenya could trust.

What started as a small team of passionate engineers and architects in Nairobi has grown into a full-spectrum construction firm with projects from Mombasa to Kisumu, from Nakuru to Eldoret. Over a decade later, our commitment hasn't changed — we build homes, not just houses.

We take pride in every project, no matter the scale. Whether it's a modest bungalow in Ruiru or a palatial estate in Karen, each build receives the same meticulous attention to detail, the same quality materials, and the same dedication to delivering on our promises.

How We Work

Our Process — From Consultation to Handover

Step 1: Consultation

We meet, listen to your vision, and assess your plot and budget.

Step 2: Design & Planning

Architects draft plans, 3D renders are created, and permits are applied for.

Step 3: Contract & BoQ

We issue a detailed Bill of Quantities and sign a fixed-price contract.

Step 4: Construction

Our team breaks ground. You receive weekly photo and progress reports.

Step 5: Handover

Final inspection, snagging, and formal handover with 12-month warranty.
